Jesus said, ‘Whatever house you enter, first say, “Peace to this house!” And if anyone is there who shares in peace, your peace will rest on that person; but if not, it will return to you.’

Bringing God's peace
As Jesus’ disciples go out into the communities and world around them, the first thing they are to bring is peace.
Questions
· What is peace? Reflect on what peace means in your life, in your family, your community and in the world.
· How do we say “Peace to this house” with our lives as well as our words?
Challenges
· Live today in a way that brings peace to those you meet.
· Do something which brings the world a little nearer to peace.

Very refreshing message this morning. Peace is one of those things money can’t buy and we so desperately need. It’s interesting to note the verse say our peace will rest on the person to whom we have spoken if they share in peace. We cannot give away what we don’t have , so may we all endeavour to enter God’s peace. I will definitely remember this when sharing the peace in church on Sunday.
